Fees & Policies

Code of Conduct – NRG Online Training will comply with all OTTE (Office Tertiary Training & Education) guidelines in regard to the delivery and assessment of courses. NRG Online Training will adopt policies and management practices which will maintain high professional standards in the delivery of education and training services, and which safeguard the interests of the trainees.
Appeals and Grievance Policy - For your information we do have a comprehensive complaints policy. Please contact the office if you would like a copy.
Access & Equity Policy - NRG Online Training recognizes that the traineeship program exists with a primary commitment to fair access and equity in the provision of its program of courses, irrespective of gender, culture, age, location, disability or disadvantage.
Privacy Policy - Your private information is important.. As a requirement of some funding bodies and for our own purposes, NRG Online Training staff request personal information from our participants in our courses. This information is required as a condition of Government funding. When that information is sent to funding bodies, it is done in a format that deletes the participates’ names and addresses. NRG Online Training understands that privacy is a right and staff endeavors to respect that right.
Fees and Charges Policy (2008) - All trainees or employers are expected to pay for their course on enrolment as set by the State Government. To increase access for everyone, concession prices are available as outlined in the Fees and Charges policy. Trainees/employers may pay for lengthy courses over the duration of the course. Conditions apply as follows:
NRG Online Training determines which courses this applies to.
Payment arrangements must be made prior to commencement of the course.
50% of the course fee is to be paid on enrolment.
The balance is paid at 90 days based on the date of the invoice.
Please note that all certificates will not be issued until full payment has been received.
Participants may enroll in person, by phone or fax.

Schedule of Fees (2008)
New Employee’s:

Traineeship Program (Victorian Government Funded) – Employees that have been employed for less than 3 months full-time or 12 months part-time/casual

Certificate II, III or IV Enrolment Fee Charged based on $1.37 per Student Contact Hours (SCH) Maximum Invoice Cost $877


New Employee’s:

Traineeship Program (Fee for Service) - Employees that have been employed for more than 3 months full-time or 12 months part-time/casual and the nominal full-time training period declared on the training contract is 2 years or more. (Subject to Federal Government funding eligibility when the trainee is not eligible for any State Government funding).
