NRG Online Training was formed in July of 1999, as a Registered Training Provider (Reg No. 20655), for the purpose of providing a more personalised and attentive training service to trainees and industry.
After working within the TAFE system for several years, the founding director realised that there was a serious lack of

support particularly in the area of back-up to field staff service and administration support, not only to the employer but to the trainee as well. Over time an enormous amount of research has gone into finding the right delivery method and recognising the needs of different industries.

NRG Online Training is committed to the process of delivering effective and affordable training services to its clients. The founding director has had extensive business management experience, in particular, the retail sector. Tony’s commercial background (self employed for the past 20 years), incorporates numerous senior roles which include actively participating at board level of four companies. In particular, Tony has direct involvement within the area of training and traineeships through his management of NRG Online Training.
